Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging — including all labels.
To request a return, please submit your request via our website.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label and further instructions.
Unannounced returns without prior contact cannot be processed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that opened perfume bottles are excluded from return, as they are sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection reasons (Section 312g (2) No. 3 German Civil Code – BGB).
The right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed.
Gift cards and discounted promotional items are also excluded from return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please return it following the standard return procedure and place a new order. This allows us to provide the desired item as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we have inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
